Faith Family,
Yes, it’s another day’s journey and I am certainly glad about it. Last week, Jackie and I had the opportunity to get away and enjoy a few days of relaxation. We missed being a part of the worship experience last Sunday but, it was good to hear that you all had a blessed time in the Lord. As always, I want to thank each of you who serve our ministry so faithfully. May your love for God and service to Him result in a great and eternal reward.
As you serve God and face the challenges of each day, I want to encourage you to continue in your walk of faith and don’t quit. God’s Word declares that “though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:16-18). Remember that there is purpose in your pain and this life is not all that there is.
Please join us for prayer and Bible study on today (Wednesday). Prayer is from 6-6:45pm and you are welcome to come anytime during this period to pray. Bible study will begin promptly at 7pm.
